Various courses through State Medical Society and Madison Area Technical College focused on business management and the medical field. I attend up to 12 state or nationally accredited conferences per year to keep up to date on the latest management and billing issues as they pertain to all insurers and other aspects of office management.
I can work as a resource for your present staff to enhance what you already have. As I see that changes need to occur you are given a plan of action which is geared specifically to your needs.
INTERESTS:
Horseback riding, gardening, computers.
TIPS:
I am a very focused, goal oriented person. I will work for you in your setting with your resources to improve your practice. My goal is not to change a providers style of practice –but to enhance it while working with existing staff to enhance the practice.
I established my own company after my two prior employers told me that I was too detailed oriented. I saw too many physicians losing out money in an area where I excelled. I felt I could deliver that service and teach others how to pull a staff together to become a team.
I am a firm believer that a physician can remain independent and successful if they choose to and truly have this as a goal. Most are already doing the work, they just need fine tuning. My strength is computer programs, billing, collection, and practice flow management. Previously I have taken businesses from a near catastrophic cash flow to a positive, seeing results in as little as 30 days.
