What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the website, respond to you and deliver the services you ask for.

Your name, business name, email address and phone number when you fill in a form, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter or leave a comment.
Details about your business and goals that you share on a strategy call or in a message.
Content and materials you provide for us to publish or use on your behalf.

Information collected automatically

Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and referring page, gathered through cookies, server logs and similar tools.
Website usage patterns that help us see which pages are useful and keep the site secure.

SMS and text messaging

We use SMS to confirm appointments, share updates and, where you have agreed, send marketing messages. We follow the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and the carrier requirements of the 10DLC (10-digit long code) registration system in the United States.

Consent first. We only text you after you have opted in, for example by ticking the consent box on a form, replying YES to an invitation or giving verbal consent on a call that we record in our system. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything.

What you will receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, account and service updates, and, if you opt in separately, offers and news from Quality Resource LLC.
Frequency: message frequency varies by programme and by how you use our services.
Costs: message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for assistance, email [email protected] or use our opt-out form.
Your mobile data is never shared: no mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of sharing described in this policy.
10DLC registration: our business and messaging campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry so carriers can verify that our messages are legitimate. We keep records of your consent, the date and the method you used to give it.
Quiet hours: we send messages during reasonable local hours unless you have asked for a time-sensitive alert.

Email marketing

If you subscribe to our newsletter, request content or become a client, we may email you helpful updates and offers. We follow the CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, GDPR and the UK and Australian spam rules.

Every marketing email identifies Quality Resource LLC as the sender and includes a working unsubscribe link. Requests are honoured within ten business days and usually immediately.
We use accurate subject lines and a valid physical address.
Service emails about your account, invoices or active projects are not marketing and continue for as long as you are a client.
We may use email service providers and warmed sending domains to deliver mail reliably; those providers process your address only on our instructions.

Calling campaigns

Our team and, in some cases, our AI voice agents may call you about a service you asked about or a project we are delivering. For any outbound sales or marketing calls we follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule and the National Do Not Call Registry.

We call only numbers where we have your prior express consent or an existing business relationship, and we scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and to keep an accurate record of what was agreed. We tell you when a call is being recorded where the law requires it.
When an AI voice agent calls or answers, it will identify itself as an automated assistant on request and transfer you to a person whenever you ask.
Ask us not to call and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list immediately. Email [email protected], tell the person or agent on the call, or use our opt-out form.

We share personal information only in these situations:

Service providers who help us run the website, analytics, email, SMS and telephony, and who may use your data only on our instructions.
Legal requirements: if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Business transfers: if we merge with or are acquired by another company, your information may transfer with the business, under the same protections.

We do not hand personal information to third parties without proper authorisation or a legal obligation, and mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires. Consent records for SMS and calling are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Your rights and choices

Access, update or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Withdraw consent for marketing emails, texts or calls at any time.
Object to or restrict certain processing where the law allows.

How we protect your information

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party sites and public content

Embedded content and links to other websites operate under their own privacy policies; please review them before interacting. Anything you post in public spaces such as blog comments is visible to others, so avoid sharing sensitive information there.
